Questions related to shipping
*In how many days does the shipping take place?
Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are located. However, domestic orders normally arrive within 4-7 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted.
Please note that shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.
*What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary from place to place and are calculated at checkout.

The warranty varies from product to product but most of our products have a warranty of 3 years.

*How do I place an order?
To place an order follow the below-mentioned steps:
- If you are a first-time visitor then you can add the product to the cart by tapping on the "Add to Cart".
- After adding all the selected products you have to check them out from the Cart.
- As you are a new customer so you will have to sign up (create your account) before checking out or you can continue as guest.
- After filling in the necessary details your account will be created and you can move further to the "Information Form". Here Fill the form and tap on "Continue to shipping".
- Now in the Shipping section you will have to choose the method of delivery and then tap on "Make Payment".
- You will have various options of payment like Paytm, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, etc. After selecting the convenient method just pay the amount.
- You order is placed.
Note: Existing customers have to just log in after checkout and follow the same procedure.
*What is your cancellation policy and how do I cancel my order?
Order can be cancelled till the same is dispatched for delivery. You would see an option to cancel within the ‘My Orders’ section under the main menu of your App/Website/M-site, then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from the ’My Orders’ section, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed into the source account, if the order amount was paid online. An item cannot be cancelled after delivery of the good/s. After ordering for the good/s, and up to the time of delivery, the customer can cancel the order online.
*When will I know my order is accepted?
You will get a confirmation via text message and email.
*What do I do if I never received my order?

*What do I do if I received a defective order?
You can write to us at kc@matchdigi.com and our sales team will get in touch with you.
*Is it possible to change the delivery address after ordering?
No.
*How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
There is no automation available to the customer. Though Customers can connect with us at kc@matchdigi.com as soon as possible for any changes in the order. Please mention your Order Id and other details for quick changes.
Note: Changes must be mailed within 1-2 days after placing the order.
*How do I return a product?
Once delivered, the product can only be returned within seven days of delivery. To do so the customer has to contact us via mail at kc@matchdigi.com.

*When will I get my refund back?
The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within7-10 Business Days.
*Where will my refund be reflected?
Your refund will be reflected in the bank account provided by you.
*What is your refund policy?
In case of dissatisfaction with our products or services, clients have the liberty to cancel their products/services and request a refund from us
Refunds will be issued to the original source account provided at the time of purchase. After the refund has been initiated, as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within7-10 Business Days.
