### Refund and Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation Policy*

- Orders can be canceled until they are dispatched for delivery. You can cancel an order via the ‘My Orders’ section in your App/Website/M-site.
- If you are unable to cancel from ‘My Orders’, you can refuse delivery, and a refund will be processed to the original payment source if the payment was made online.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been delivered.

- If you are dissatisfied with our services, you can request a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source.
- After the refund is initiated, it may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
